🧰 Password Security Tools
by SudhirDevOps1 — Password related useful tools
Your Privacy is Our Priority
We never collect, store, or share your data in any way. This tool runs entirely on your device, ensuring maximum security.
No Server Upload
Your CSV file is never uploaded to any server. All processing happens locally in your browser. This tool works even with the internet turned off.
End-to-End Secure
Your passwords are never transmitted in plain text. PDF protection uses AES-256 encryption which provides military-grade security.
Zero Data Retention
All data is automatically deleted when you refresh or close the page. Nothing is saved in cookies, localStorage, or cache.
No Internet Required
Once the page loads, you can disconnect the internet — the tool will still work perfectly. You can even use it in Airplane Mode.
No Tracking
No Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any tracking script. We don't track your activity — no logs, no fingerprinting.
PDF Protection
Adding a password to PDF means nobody can open it without it. Encryption is purely client-side — your password is never saved.
🛡️ Password Security Best Practices
Use a different password for every account
Don't use the same password on multiple sites
Minimum 12+ character passwords
Mix letters, numbers, and symbols
Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Use Google Authenticator / SMS verification
Delete CSV file after conversion
Plain text passwords are dangerous
Don't enter passwords on public WiFi
Use VPN or mobile data instead
Beware of phishing emails
Don't click on suspicious links
Change passwords every 3-6 months
Regularly change passwords for important accounts (Bank, Email)
Store PDF in encrypted drive
Only keep password-protected files in Google Drive, Dropbox
📜 Privacy Policy — Read in Detail ▼
1. Data Collection — What do we collect?
Absolutely nothing. This tool works entirely client-side (in your browser). We don't collect any personal data, passwords, usernames, URLs, or any information. There is no database, no server-side processing.
2. Data Storage — Where is your data stored?
Nowhere. Your CSV file is only loaded into your browser's temporary memory (RAM). All data is automatically erased when you refresh, close, or navigate away. No cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage, IndexedDB, or any storage mechanism is used.
3. Data Transmission — Does data go over the internet?
No. Your data is never transmitted through any server, API, third-party service, or internet connection. You can use this tool even after disconnecting the internet (once the page is loaded).
4. Third-Party Services
Only open-source libraries (jsPDF, Tailwind CSS) are used for PDF generation and styling. These libraries are also client-side and don't transmit any data. There are no analytics, ads, trackers, or third-party scripts.
5. PDF Password Protection
When you set a password on a PDF, encryption happens entirely in your browser. The password is never saved, logged, or transmitted anywhere. If you forget the password, recovering the PDF is impossible — so remember your password.
6. Open Source Transparency
This tool is a single HTML file — you can see the complete code by Right Click → View Source. There are no hidden scripts, obfuscated code, or suspicious network calls. 100% transparent and verifiable.
7. User Responsibility
Security of downloaded PDF/TXT/JSON files is your responsibility. We recommend: (a) Always add a password to PDF (b) Delete CSV file immediately (c) Keep files in encrypted storage (d) Don't share files with anyone.
8. Contact & Developer
Developer: Sudhi (@dev1) — This tool was built keeping users' privacy and security in mind. Contact the developer for any questions or suggestions.
